30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - We stand behind the quality of GloForte. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee applies to:
• First-time purchases only
• One opened jar per customer
• Requests made within 30 days of delivery
To request a refund, please email support@gloforte.com with your order number and details of your request.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products outside of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gloforte.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
